INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh spinach
½ cup kale (stems removed)
1 medium banana
1 green apple, chopped
½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 cup coconut water (or regular water)
½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
Ice cubes (optional for extra chill)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add spinach, kale, banana, apple, and pineapple to the blender.
Pour in coconut water and add yogurt.
Add chia or flax seeds.
Blend on high until smooth and bright green.
Adjust consistency with extra coconut water if needed.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
