INGREDIENTS

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

1 large egg

¾ cup milk

½ cup cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, combine egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.

Add softened cream cheese and beat until smooth.

Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Heat a nonstick pan over medium. Lightly grease with butter.

Scoop ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
