    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

    • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks

    • 1 medium banana

    • 1 cup orange juice (or pineapple juice)

    • ½ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

    • 1 tbsp honey or agave (optional)

    • 4–5 ice cubes (optional for thicker texture)


    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Add pineapple, mango, banana, yogurt, and juice to a blender.

    2. Add honey and ice if using.

    3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

    4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.

    5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
