INGREDIENTS
1½ cups ripe honeydew melon or cantaloupe (cubed)
1 cup fresh kale (stems removed)
1 medium banana
½ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
½ cup orange juice or coconut water
1 tbsp honey or agave (optional)
A few ice cubes (optional for a colder, thicker blend)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add melon cubes, kale, banana, and yogurt to the blender.
Pour in orange juice or coconut water.
Add honey and ice if desired.
Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
